Welcome to the first newsletter from Nomindo!

In this edition, you will learn more about the idea behind Nomindo, the current status, and our plans for the future.

The Idea

It all started on the road – naturally with the camper. Before, during, and after the trip, the same questions always arise:

• Where do we want to go, considering the season and the time available?
• What might the route look like?
• What is there to discover along the way?
• Which campsite should we choose next?
• How do we share our experiences and route with family and friends while on the road?
• How do we best remember the trip?
• If we travel to this area again, how do we remember which campsites were the best?

For most of these questions, we use different apps, websites, or books:

• Travel books to find out where we want to go or what we want to visit along the way.
• Map apps to plan the route.
• Campsite apps to find campsites along the way.
• Blogs and other apps to document the trip.
• Photo books to preserve the memories for later.

Usually, there is more than one app, and we use several of them. After many trips with the camper and the recurring questions, we wondered if it could be made easier.

What if all these questions could be answered with a single app? Without having to constantly switch between different apps. That would make the tasks before and during the trip so much more pleasant. And that’s how the idea for Nomindo was born.

With Nomindo, we want to make traveling with a camper even more enjoyable by addressing all these questions – and more – in one place: the Nomindo App.

In addition to the questions mentioned above, Nomindo wants to take it a step further: Many travelers who are on the road with their camper have great experiences and discover the most beautiful routes. Wouldn’t it be fantastic if other travelers could be inspired by these experiences?

Nomindo wants to make that possible. Thanks to intelligent travel diaries, other travelers can benefit from the experiences of fellow campers and contribute their own experiences.

What’s next?

The idea of Nomindo still needs to mature, and we need your help for that. In a survey, we want to learn more about your challenges while camping. The survey will start soon. The more people participate, the better. Therefore, we would be very happy if you could tell your friends and family about Nomindo and make them aware of the newsletter.
